With the (very) recent announcement of the engagement between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, after a small amount of research, it has been noticed that the future Duchess had chosen to wear White Opal Earrings, in a very classic style.

Their is a history of love for Opal in the royal family, with Queen Elizabeth II herself having a 203 carat opal from Andamooka gifted to her by the South Australian Government in 1953, on her Majesty’s post-coronation tour.
