Dear customers and opal lovers. Christmas season is here again, and we love to get your orders out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, so here are a few deadlines to help this process –
Domestic orders (orders within Australia) –
We send out via insured express post.
Metro East Coast (SE QLD/Northern NSW, Sydney, Melbourne regions) – Wednesday 18th December to arrive before or on Christmas Eve
Regional/rural areas East Coast – Monday 16th December to arrive before or on Christmas Eve
South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia – Thursday 12th December to arrive before or on Christmas Eve
We can provide Overnight Courier upon request (surcharge may apply). These cannot be sent to PO Boxes, and we need to book before 11am on weekdays.
International orders (orders outside Australia) –
We send out via insured express international airmail.
Most regions, expect delivery between 7 to 12 business days. Order by Monday December 9th to allow for this (keeping in mind possible delays with custom clearances).
DHL International Courier is also an option, 3 to 6 business days for delivery ($220 extra). Order by Monday 16th December to arrive before or on Christmas Eve.
Custom orders –
Unfortunately custom makes have now closed for Christmas, with no Custom Settings to be finalised now until late January/early February 2025.
Ring resizing –
We have been informed by our jewellers that ring resize cut-off dates have now been met, and no more ring resizes will be completed until approximately mid-January.
